Join us for a chill night of freewriting at The Queensboro, let’s create together!
Most of us have things we want to write. We just never quite find the time.
Write With Your Community is a dedicated evening to finally put words on the page.
INSYNC hosts this relaxed freewriting session at the beloved neighborhood restaurant The Queensboro, where simple prompts give you a clear place to start, in an inviting room to write in.
Bring a notebook. Get a prompt. Write.
Come as you are. Settle in with a light dinner or a drink. The kitchen will be open.
Live Music With Eoin and Ean - Sunday August 23rd 6pm
Eoin and Ean, a popular guitar/bass duo based in Queens, have been playing jazz music together for close to a decade. Having graduated with Bachelors degrees in Jazz Performance from music conservatories, both musicians have played all over the country at prestigious venues like Alice Tully Hall, Brooklyn Steel, Webster Hall, and Carnegie Hall, as professionals for years.
Eoin and Ean love playing music of all feels and genres and hope that their enthusiasm, joy and spirit shine through their music to evoke what is naturally unique and profound in their audience.
Endless Summer Every Thursday!
Endless Summer is when Chef Tony makes some local-style Hawaiian food for us all to enjoy, when we pour bright and delicious cocktails with tiny umbrellas, when we wear colorful shirts, when we listen to surf music, when we relax and just enjoy the long hot days.

The menu will vary every week, but expect dishes such as:
Spam Musubi - a local favorite of seared spam and rice wrapped in seaweed, but made with our house made spam
Swordfish poke - our take on the popular fish dish, made with local swordfish and served over rice
Loco moco - a local classic made with our hamburger patty, served over rice topped with gravy and a fried egg
Cocktails!
We’ve got our drink umbrellas ready for your Mai tai, blue Hawaiian, and more made with KoHana rum from Hawaii.

Join us on Saturday, August 22nd at 10am for a morning of yoga and cats!
Come enjoy a pawsome yoga class with Christine Oakes & the adorable kitties of Makin' Biscuits Rescue looking for their forever homes.
Snap some cute photos, enjoy yoga alongside our kitty yogis, & have some nice kitty playtime after. It's all about good vibes, cute cats, and supporting our Queens community.

We are bringing D&D to The Queensboro!
You don't need to know anything at all about D&D in order to start having fun right away, the events are designed for new people as well as veterans.
Our sessions take place (mostly) on Wednesdays, (mostly) every two weeks. Follow Berling's Beard on Eventbrite to see when the next dates are!

Board Games Night - Every Other Wednesday at 7pm
Join us every other Wednesday to play board games with our friends from Shenanigans! This works out to the first and third Wednesday of every month, but check with Shenanigans first.
Come and make new friends, or bring a group, the Shenanigans folks will show you how to play any game you choose and guide you through a fun evening.
