Tonight at The Queensboro - The Queens Climate Project are holding their monthly meeting, and this is what they want to tell you about it:

Our city may be great, but it’s not green. Want to see change? Learn about concrete ACTIONS you can take. Let’s ensure that the people that are appointed to the CLCPA planning committee work for the people’s interests, not fossil fuels’. Get plastic bottles and straws out of our environment. Bring solar power and sustainable practices to our schools.
Legislation has been introduced, but many of these laws are stalled...and will stay that way without your voice. When people come together, we can change the world. We need the greatest city in the world to help save the world! Time is running out. Don’t sit back, take action! Join us on Thursday, February 13th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm to enjoy drink specials and revolutionary conversation.

Every Thursday we're offering half a dozen fresh, briny, plump oysters and a glass of rosé, or cava, or stout, for only $16! This is a great deal and we're excited to keep sharing it with you. Join us tonight, you won't regret it!
Valentine's Weekend!
If you know anything about us here at The Queensboro, you know that we are incurable romantics, so we are very excited about this weekend!
Our Valentine's Pre-Fixe dinner is almost sold out, but if you book late or early you should be able to get a table. Also, if you have kids and you want to have a peaceful, early meal with just your spouse, you can still do that!
We have booked Isabel Sanchez of Issa Cakes to teach a special Valentines Cookie decorating class for children in our party room. Issa will show the kids how to decorate cookies, and make Valentines cards while they eat pizza. Meanwhile you and your partner can enjoy a civilized meal and adult conversation without interruptions.
The cost of the class is $25 per child and includes all materials and pizza as well. This is open to children aged 4 and up, spaces are very limited so if you're interested in this please book it soon!.
Book your table for 5, or 5:30 and let us know that you are also reserving a space in the class for your child.
Music on Saturday, 9PM - J.V. Unknowns
Saturday night we keep bringing the love, why should it only last one day? Jane and Vinny from Vinny & The Unknowns will play some of the finest love songs on the continent! The show starts around 9, if you want to hear some excellent music, you should book your table now!
Sunday Supper, Fried Chicken Edition
Our Sunday Supper meals are designed to feed a family of four or so, or a handful of adults, all for one low price. This week, for $45, you'll be able to try some of Chef Tony's fried chicken & waffles, along with some bacon-braised greens, and cheesy orzo! Affordable, amazing, and sometimes it's so popular that we sell out so reservations are highly recommended, and let us know you're coming for the Sunday Supper in the notes!

They're coming back, and we are thrilled to have them. This time with two guest queens, which works out to approximately ten times more fun!
