Dear friends and neighbors, we hope that you are doing well. We're very carefully and gently ramping things up here at The Q, so expect to see some more dishes coming your way today and in the near future, including more vegetarian and gluten-free options. See below for the scoop on that.
Today's Family Meal - Fried Chicken!

Our Family Meals are good for 2-3 adults, or a family of 4 or 5 or so. They lend themselves well to reheating so if you don't eat it all in one sitting you can enjoy it over the next day or two.
Wine and Other Dishes
If you're looking for something to drink with your meal, we highly recommend some sparkling wine. We have some very reasonably-priced cava, and we also have some champagne, if you're feeling in the mood to celebrate that it's Thursday!
We have a couple of soups for you today - a cream of asparagus, and a caldo verde with chorizo.
If you want some Bolognese sauce to use for your own creations we've got you covered!
Our new cauliflower gratin is a wonderful vegetarian option - heat it up and broil at home for a perfect app.
We have a vegetable chili that's also gluten-free!
Finally, another vegetarian option that we just made is our eggplant parmesan which comes loaded with Japanese eggplant, ricotta and mozzarella!
